Community Sales & Marketing Representatives in:

Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Join Juniper Babyproofing and help make homes safer for families.

Juniper Babyproofing is a locally owned child safety company serving the Austin area. We specialize in professional babyproofing and pool fence installations. We're looking for friendly, motivated people to represent our company in South/Southwest Austin and Williamson County by building relationships in the community and meeting with homeowners to provide pool fence estimates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and making a real impact in the community.

What You'll Do

Community Marketing

  • Visit pediatricians, daycares, pool builders, swim schools, and other businesses to introduce Juniper Babyproofing and build referral relationships.

  • Drop off marketing materials and maintain relationships through regular follow-up visits.

  • Look for new partnership opportunities within your area.

  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Sales

  • Coordinate estimate appointments with prospective customers.

  • Meet homeowners at their property to measure pools and discuss their pool fence needs.

  • Prepare accurate estimates and explain our products and services.

  • Follow up with prospective customers after estimates to answer questions and help them make a decision.

  • Keep organized records of customer interactions and estimate information.

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys talking with people.

  • Comfortable building relationships with local businesses and homeowners.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.

  • Comfortable learning how to measure pools and prepare estimates.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Sales experience is helpful but not required. If you're personable, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Compensation

  • Marketing: $20 per hour for marketing activities + $0.40 / mile

  • Pool Sales: $25 for each completed in-home estimate + 3% commission on pool fence sales + $0.40 / mile

Schedule

  • Part-time

  • Flexible schedule set by you based on customer needs during business hours
